ICL7662 Charge Pump DC-to-DC Voltage Converter
The ICL7762 can be viewed as an upgrade to the TC7660. It is a charge pump that can be used to double a voltage, invert a voltage, or divide a voltage by two. Because it doesn't need an inductor, use of a charge pump can be simpler than using a boost converter. If you need a a higher voltage than your input at low current, the ICL7660 can be a good choice.
