Description

This is a work in progress with no testing done Please be patient, will update when able

A DJI Osmo Nano top mount for the PZ5. The camera sits sideways at a fixed 25° uptilt

and bolts to the PZ5's three top-plate screws.

What's different about it

  • Split case, no wrestling the camera in. The case splits through the middle of the lens. The camera drops straight into the

cradle, and the cap hooks on at the front and clicks down at the back.

  • Screw-clamped for hard flying. Two M3 screws run down through towers at each end into captive nuts and clamp the cap onto the cradle.

Use the printed thumb knobs (tool-free, GoPro-style) or plain socket-head screws and a hex key. Same 25 mm length either way.

  • Camera swaps never touch the frame screws. The cradle stays bolted to the quad.

Print

  • Cradle + cap: TPU 95A. Knobs: PETG (print 2).
  • About 25–30 g of TPU total at 3 walls / 20–25% infill.

Hardware

  • 3 × M3 into the top plate
  • 2 × M3×25 + 2 × M3 nuts for the cap clamp. For the knobs, use hex-head bolts glued into the knob's hex pocket.
