xTool S1 Exhaust Adapter with Blast Gate

Description
This is a redesign of the xTool 85 mm thin-wall exhaust adapter that adds a manual blast gate, so the vent can be sealed when the laser isn't running to keep wind, cold air, and debris from blowing back into the machine. It's a drop-in replacement for the original. The flange keeps the original's 127.5 mm diameter, flats, and six M4 mounting holes on a 112.7 mm bolt circle, and the hose socket reproduces the original internal thread (9.2 mm pitch), so your existing hose screws in the same way.
The design has three parts. The base flange mounts to the wall or window panel exactly like the original, with a groove in its top face for the gate blade. The threaded hose socket bolts on top with four M3×10 screws (self-tapping into the base), clamping the blade in its groove. The gate plate is sized so all six flange mounting holes stay accessible with everything assembled.
The gate blade has two positions. When closed, it blocks the 71.6 mm bore, and its curved lip hugs the edge of the gate plate to seal the slot. When you're running the laser, you pull the blade out, turn it end-for-end, and push its curved tongue into the slot mouth. The tongue plugs the slot so exhaust doesn't leak out the side. The blade can never get lost: it's either closing the bore or stowed in the slot.
Hardware: Four M3×10 screws.
