Go Pro to threaded mount adapter

Here is my adapter for a go pro or action camera, to mount to older UNC threaded mounts, like tripods and selfie sticks.

what will be required is 2x 1/4" UNC nuts and one 1/4" UNC bolt. or use the screw from another mount for easier tightening/loosening
