Uchwyt i obudowa BigTreeTech TFT35 V3.0.1 do drukarki Craftbot

Projekt uchwytu oraz obudowy dla wyświetlacza BigTreeTech TFT35 V3.0.1, przeznaczony do montażu w miejscu fabrycznego wyświetlacza drukarki Craftbot.

Uchwyt został zaprojektowany tak, aby wykorzystać fabryczne punkty montażowe wyświetlacza. Podstawa jest montowana od wewnętrznej strony drukarki i przykręcana za pomocą śrub w fabryczne otwory.

Elementy projektu

Projekt składa się z trzech elementów:

* `craftbot baza pod tft35 v3.stl` – baza/uchwyt montowany wewnątrz drukarki

* `Podstawa_TFT35 v6.stl` – element podstawy obudowy

* `Pokrywka_TFT35 v3.stl` – przednia pokrywka obudowy

Ustawienie modeli do druku

1. craftbot baza pod tft35 v3.stl

Model drukujemy bez podpór.

Po wydrukowaniu uchwyt należy zamontować od wewnętrznej strony drukarki i przykręcić go do fabrycznych punktów montażowych przeznaczonych dla wyświetlacza.

2. Podstawa_TFT35 v6.stl

Model należy w slicerze obrócić do góry nogami.

Dla tego elementu należy włączyć podpory.

3. Pokrywka_TFT35 v3.stl

Model należy w slicerze obrócić do góry nogami.

Pokrywkę drukujemy bez podpór.

Materiał

Projekt można wydrukować z praktycznie dowolnego materiału odpowiedniego do druku 3D.

Do tego zastosowania polecam jednak:

* PET-G – dobry wybór ze względu na trwałość i odporność na temperaturę,

* ABS – również dobrze sprawdzi się w tym zastosowaniu.

PLA również może być użyte, jednak ze względu na wyższą temperaturę panującą wewnątrz drukarki PET-G lub ABS będzie bardziej trwałym rozwiązaniem.

Ważne

Przed rozpoczęciem montażu należy upewnić się, że wybrany wyświetlacz to BigTreeTech TFT35 V3.0.1 oraz że wymiary i punkty montażowe odpowiadają zastosowanej wersji drukarki.

Projekt został przygotowany z myślą o wykorzystaniu BigTreeTech TFT35 V3.0.1 w miejscu fabrycznego wyświetlacza Craftbot.

BigTreeTech TFT35 V3.0.1 Mount and Enclosure for Craftbot

This project is a custom mount and enclosure for the BigTreeTech TFT35 V3.0.1 display, designed to install the display in place of the original factory display in a Craftbot 3D printer.

The mount is designed to use the printer's original display mounting points. The main bracket is installed from the inside of the printer and secured using screws in the original mounting holes.

Included STL files

The project consists of three parts:

* `craftbot baza pod tft35 v3.stl` – main mounting bracket installed inside the printer

* `Podstawa_TFT35 v6.stl` – enclosure base

* `Pokrywka_TFT35 v3.stl` – front cover

Print orientation

1. craftbot baza pod tft35 v3.stl

Print this part without supports.

After printing, the bracket should be installed from the inside of the printer and secured to the original mounting points used by the factory display.

2. Podstawa_TFT35 v6.stl

The model needs to be rotated upside down in your slicer.

Supports are required for this part.

3. Pokrywka_TFT35 v3.stl

The model needs to be rotated upside down in your slicer.

Print this part without supports.

Recommended materials

The parts can be printed using most common 3D printing materials.

For this application, I recommend:

* PETG – good durability and better temperature resistance,

* ABS – also suitable for use inside a 3D printer.

PLA can also be used, but PETG or ABS should provide better long-term durability, especially considering the higher temperatures that can occur inside the printer.

Important

Before printing and installation, make sure that your display is the BigTreeTech TFT35 V3.0.1 and that the mounting dimensions match your printer version.

This project was designed specifically to install the BigTreeTech TFT35 V3.0.1 in place of the original factory display of a Craftbot 3D printer.
