Tundra/Tracker Mount for Steam Frame – 3 angle versions (45° / 30° / 0°)

There are three versions, so you can pick whichever suits your setup. As shown in the photos, the 45° and 30° versions don't extend past the front edge of the Steam Frame, while the 0° version sticks out about 1 cm beyond it.

It mounts between the cooling vent and the camera, so it doesn't cover the vent at all, and the camera's tracking isn't affected.

How it was made: I scanned the Steam Frame with an iPhone's LiDAR using Scaniverse, had Claude Opus 5.5 measure and analyze the surface curvature from the scan, and then the part was designed and modeled automatically in SolidWorks.

Installation: Pick the version you want and stick a small piece of nano tape (reusable nano double-sided gel tape, also sold as "alien tape") on the bottom of the base. This kind of tape doesn't leave any residue even after years of use. It holds by physical adhesion, so it's reusable to some extent. Taping only the part of the base that sits on the Steam Frame body itself is already strong enough. If you want it even more secure, you can cover the entire base, but that will make it less convenient when you need to remove the headstrap frame.
