Tern Atlas Kickstand lock mechanism cap

As the title says. The locking mechanism on my Tern kept locking up due to dirt in the mechanics. It took a disassembly, WD-40 and 30 minutes of poking around to get it to cooperate again. The second time I did this, I designed a cap to hopefully keep some dirt out. It's snug fit, let's hope it stays in place.
