Low-Cost AI Navigation Glasses — v0.4 Enclosure Design Meshes (Reference)

Description
Enclosure design meshes for an open-source, low-cost AI navigation glasses research prototype for blind and low-vision users. Bilingual build guide on GitHub. Not a medical device.
What this is
Design meshes for the enclosure of an open-source AI navigation glasses research prototype — a low-cost assistive device that turns machine uncertainty into action signals a low-vision user can act on. Self-made cost: under US$20 in China, under US$35 in the US. So far: build workshops in 3 residential communities in China; 20 assembled units plus parts kits donated so communities can keep building independently.
Full project (bilingual Chinese/English build guide, bill of materials, assembly card, troubleshooting, safety note):

Also on OER Commons and MERLOT as a bilingual open build guide for assistive makers.

These two STL files are design-concept meshes for reference, NOT production-approved 3D-printing files. From the project repository (design/v0.4/README.md):
- The meshes are exported in the source model's raw coordinates; no unit conversion to millimeters is asserted. Do not assume the STL carries millimeters.
- Geometry checks in the repo do not identify the actual battery, PCB, cables, or connectors, and do not prove parts can be inserted and fastened.
- Before fabrication: calibrate source units from a measured feature, name and measure your components, define wall thickness/clearance/fastening, and validate a physical prototype.
Safety and scope
- Research prototype only. Not a medical device. Not clinically validated.
- Does not replace a white cane, guide dog, orientation-and-mobility training, or personal judgment.
- The device follows a Low-Confidence Behavior Code: it must say "I don't know" instead of inventing navigation instructions when uncertain.
