Raspberry PI 3B+ Case whit cooler 40mm and SSD mount

The SSD holder is designed around a bare 100 × 70 × 7 mm SATA SSD. An external SATA-to-USB adapter is required. The holder accommodates securing straps up to 10 mm wide and 2 mm thick.

Choose one base and the lid. Add the SSD holder only for the SSD configuration.

Printing and assembly

Print at 100% scale. Suggested starting settings are 0.2 mm layers, four walls and 20% infill. The lid is already oriented with its outer roof against the print bed. Check bridges and overhangs in your slicer.

Install the Raspberry Pi in the lower half, mount the fan inside the lid, then join the halves. Check heatsink and screw-tip clearance before closing the case.

Revision 9 changes only the lid; Version 8 bases remain compatible.

The exported meshes and nominal component clearances have been checked digitally. A physical test print of Revision 9 is still pending, including confirmation of LED visibility.
