SKÅDIS Side‑Mount Hook System for Creality K2 (Basic Model Only)

This hook system is designed specifically for the Creality K2 (Basic model) and lets you mount an IKEA SKÅDIS panel directly onto the side of your printer. It’s a simple, space‑saving way to organise tools, cables, nozzles, and accessories without cluttering your desk or modifying the machine.

The hooks clip securely onto the top edge of the K2’s top glass frame and hold the SKÅDIS panel firmly in place. You’ll need two identical hooks, both used at the top, to support the panel evenly and keep it stable. No screws, no drilling, no permanent changes — just print the parts and snap them on.

For strength, I printed mine at a 45° angle, as many makers recommend this orientation for improving layer bonding on parts that need stiffness and durability. The hooks print quickly, use minimal material, and fit the Basic K2 frame dimensions precisely.

Once installed, the SKÅDIS panel works with any SKÅDIS‑compatible bins, shelves, clips, or tool holders, turning unused side space into a tidy, accessible workstation.

This system is not compatible with the K2 Plus or K2 Pro, as their frame geometry maybe different.
