Kreg Edge Loose Tenon Joiner to Festool Extractor Dust Hose Adapter

Just got my Kreg Edge and needed an adapter to my Festool CT-26. This is what I came up with. May make some adjustments and will update if needed. Let me know input.

Summary:

A 3D-printable dust adapter connecting the Kreg Edge 20V Ionic Drive Loose Tenon Joiner to a Festool D27 or D27/32 hose with its factory tool-end cuff installed.

Designed around a measured Kreg dust port of 36.9 mm outside diameter and 31.8 mm inside diameter. The adapter slips over the Kreg port and accepts the Festool cuff in a tapered friction-fit socket. Overall dimensions are 42.75 mm maximum diameter × 51 mm long.

Includes printable STL, editable Fusion 360 and STEP files, and fit-test pieces for adjusting printer tolerances.

Suggested printing: PETG, 0.2 mm layers, 5–6 walls, upright with the Kreg opening on the bed. No supports intended.

Status:

CAD and mesh geometry validated; physical fit and printing have been tested, but only over short durations. This design does not include a CLEANTEC bayonet lock and relies on friction fit. If you want to design that in, I would love it!
