EXAMPLE APPLICATION

A small DC motor has mounting holes close to its shaft, while the support panel uses a wider four-hole pattern. The adapter bridges those patterns and provides a central clearance opening.

Adjust the outline, thickness, center opening, bolt-circle dimensions and rectangular hole spacing. The external website offers paid custom STL downloads and printed-part ordering.

BEFORE PRINTING

Check both mating components, including hole-center spacing, screw length and shaft clearance. A center opening is not automatically a precision locating feature.

For functional motor mounts, evaluate torque, vibration, temperature and print orientation. Test the fit before putting the assembly into service.
