Description

Create a custom snap-fit power strip mount for securely attaching a multi-outlet extension strip to a wall, workbench, shelf, furniture panel or underneath a desk.

The configurable U-shaped holder uses two flexible side arms with integrated snap hooks. The arms wrap around the power-strip housing and retain it without drilling into or modifying the electrical device. A centered countersunk mounting hole allows the holder to be fastened to a suitable surface.

For a long power strip, use two holders positioned near the opposite ends. This provides stable support while keeping the electrical sockets, switch, cable exit, surge indicator and ventilation openings accessible.

Measure the maximum width and height of the housing, including rounded edges and raised details. Add enough clearance for printing tolerances while maintaining sufficient snap-fit preload.

Important: Keep sockets, switches, ventilation openings and the cable outlet unobstructed. Attach the holders only to a suitable supporting surface. Do not drill into the power strip or modify its electrical enclosure. Verify the printed holder regularly for deformation, cracking or loss of retention.
