Custom Case / Enclosure for XH-M305 (XH-A305) 2.1 Bluetooth Amplifier Board

This is a custom-designed, 3D-printable enclosure for the popular XH-M305 (XH-A305) 2.1-channel audio amplifier board powered by two TPA3116D2 chips.

The case is designed to be compact, functional, and well-ventilated to keep the amplifier cool during high-load bass sessions. It perfectly fits all the onboard components, including the three adjustment knobs, Bluetooth antenna, power jacks, and speaker terminals.

Print Settings (What worked for me):

Material: PETG (PETG is recommended if your amp runs hot at 24V).

Infill: 20% is more than enough.

Supports: No supports needed (orient the flat side to the bed) .

Layer Height: 0.2 mm.

Я предусмотрел вентиляционные отверстия, чтобы плата не перегревалась при высокой нагрузке и мощном басе. Все разъемы (питание, AUX, клеммы для колонок) и три регулятора громкости идеально встают на свои места.
