Description

I did a lithium conversion on my EZGO TXT and the battery mount has a 22mm clamp. The cart did not have a place to clamp it, so I whipped this up for the dashboard. It can be mounted anywhere on the cart that you can access. This is not just for EZGO, it'll work on any brand of cart and any accessory that has a 22mm clamp.

Part Details:

  • 4x4mm holes for secure mounting
  • printed in 2 parts to avoid supports. Can be printed at the same time
  • 3 walls 20% infill
  • I used PLA+, but you could print this with PLA, PETG. I'd avoid ABS since it is weakened by the sun's UV.
  • It is a TIGHT fit sliding the bar into the mount. I can't take mine apart, so it'll be agrressively re-engineered if you need to take it apart.

Tools Needed:

  • M3 or M4 Bolts and nuts OR self tapping screws for plastic
  • screwdriver with phillips or hex head
  • wrench (if you use a bolt/nut combo)
  • might need super glue or epoxy (depending on final printed tolerance)

Installation:

1) Screw/bolt on the mount

2) clamp the monitor to the bar

3) slide the bar into the mount

4) if the tolerance is slightly loose between the two pieces, you can use super glue or epoxy.
