Fractal North Pi Custom Side Panel with 40mm fan - Raspberry Pi

Description
Fractal released the model files for its North Pi Raspberry Pi case which is simply awesome! Instead of the solid side panel that comes with the files, I wanted to add a fan and also install a common cathode RGB LED for a case light that will smoothly transition through the colors and had to make sure the side panel could show the light (this requires 3 x 220ohm resistors, jumper wires, a Python script to run at startup, and some available pins on the RPi's GPIO). I decided to take the Raspberry Pi logo and add a place to mount a 40mm fan within the body of the fruit. You can add holes for the fan case screws but I recommend using hot glue instead, much cleaner.
You want to have the visible side of the side panel face down on the build plate which will require small supports for the edges of the top and bottom of the side panel.
