Janthina FPV Lightweight Drone 3.5 Inch Frame
Description
This drone features a custom FDM 3d printed design that optimizes impact resistance. Through thorough testing through real world crashes and iterative design I settled on this design made with an impact resistant polycarbonate filament. The drone features a 4S lithium-polymer battery and high-kv motors allowing it to accelerate with over 6Gs of force.
The design features attachments for a 20x20mm VTX and FC/ESC stack, a mount for an insta360 or Gopro, 12mmx12mm motor mounts, and an impact resistant body. With an 850mAh battery, the drone weighs less than 250 grams (meaning it exempt from FAA rules such as drone registration and remote ID).
Print settings: 5 wall loops, 25% gyroid infill, tree supports. Use a small screwdriver to remove the supports that fill the screw insets on the bottom.
