Xiaomi M365-series 19Ah Battery Bay

a few years ago, Denis explained in a blog post how to build a 19Ah battery for the Xiaomi M365-series (M365, 1S, Essential):

The battery is based around his own "Happy BMS" that you can order from his EU shop. This is what I did. However, his 3D design posted on Thingiverse required a build plate of more than 30cm, and I only had access to Bambu Lab printers with 256x256 plates. So I cut his design into six printer-friendly pieces which just fit on the plate. The pieces have tabs and slots, but you still need Super Glue for the final assembly.

I also created a mock 21700 cell based on the Samsung INR21700-M50L that I bought. Note that the 19Ah battery requires 21700 cells, not the standard 18650 cells. You can print 4 or 8 mock cells and learn how to position them with the proper pattern, before inserting the live cells.

Finally, I added a version of the 25.5 mm battery cover spacer, but the back part has a chamfer to fit on the 256x256 plates too.
