Description

Build your own minimalist pull-up station at home!

This simple, ergonomic climbing jug is designed to be wall-mounted to wooden studs or beams. Print two of them, space them out to your shoulder width, and you have a perfect, low-profile setup for pull-ups, chin-ups, and grip strength training without needing a bulky pull-up bar.

Designed with deep screw recesses to ensure the hardware doesn't get in the way of your grip.

PRINTING FOR STRENGTH: Because this model supports body weight, it needs to be printed solidly.

Material: I have personally printed and tested these in standard PLA, and they are more than strong enough for daily use! However, if you want an extra margin of safety or plan to use them heavily, tougher materials like PLA+, PETG, or PC are excellent upgrades.

Walls (Perimeters): This is the secret to a safe print! Use at least 6 wall loops. Thick walls provide much more structural strength than infill.

Infill: 40% infill is the sweet spot. Use a strong 3D pattern like Gyroid or Cubic.

Orientation: Print it flat on its back (the side that touches the wall) for the best layer adhesion and strength against pulling forces.

Mounting Instructions:

DO NOT mount this into drywall alone. It must be securely anchored into solid wood studs or structural beams.

Use high-quality wood screws (ensure they are long enough to go deep into the stud).
