There are already many cases for the Raspberry Pi 4B, but none that really convinced me (as a 3D printed part). So I designed my own case that meets my requirements. With the standard lid and a 40mm fan, it’s meant for a single Pi. With the stackable lid, you can stack as many Pis on top of each other as you want. Even then, each Pi has a 40mm fan for cooling. For the connection parts in a stack, I use suitably cut M3 threaded rods; otherwise, I use M3x30 screws (for the fan M3x16). In the bottom-most case, I use rivet nuts, which are pushed into the case with a soldering iron and hold really well.

This Raspberry Pi 4 case is amazing however the uploader didn't include a Standard Cover for a standard 30mm fan so I have altered his original Standard Cover with the 40mm fan opening for a cover that can take a 30mm fan and uploaded so this is a remix credit to herbert_b1 on his first STL from 2020, I have also included his Base Housing with VESA, I will never stack them but his case is the best one out there to print for under table or in a cupboard for use with Home Assistant.
This new Standard Cover works with any Standard 30mm fan like Geek Pi or these excellent Dolla-Tek 2-Pack 30mm Silent Brushless Cooling Fan Blue Lcd Noise 18db. This new lid is 3m thick 79mm x 96mm I have put the fan in the centre, the fan screw centres are 24mm apart. Most fan's are around 8mm deep the cover is 3mm so you need at least a 13mm long M3 bolt to ensure that the nut is securely attached.
You might want to flip it 180 degrees in Cura before you print so that the facing edge is printed last that's up to you!
