EBB36 Toolhead Mount Bracket for Ultra-Lite LK5 Pro Satsana-Style Toolhead - INCLUDES 4010 Cooling Fan Mount!

Description
This is the optional addition to my ultra-lite toolhead mount for the Longer LK5 Pro. This bracket contains the EBB36 CAN bus board, as well as TWO JXT-xh splitter mounts. I use one for the two 5015 part cooling fans, the other runs the hotend fan and the rear-mounted 4010 fan that helps keep the EBB36 cool. Please reach out with any questions!!
I thought it would be pretty cool to use an old 4010 fan I had laying around to help keep the CAN bus board cooler, without adding very much weight.
You will need to solder two JST-XH connectors together for each side of the bracket to allow you to minimize wiring and make the best use of this bracket.

- I found this self-adhesive, cuttable led strip light and it is BRIGHT. I highly recommend cutting just one section - 1.5" - and soldering your own wires onto it, as the one set of attached wires is quite stiff and will tend to try and pull the light off the shroud. See photos for recommended placement and wire routing. [https://amzn.to/4gfsp2V](COB LED Strip Lights Daylight White 6000K,16.4ft 24V High CRI 95Ra+ Super Bright,Flexible Tape Lights)
- The hole for the small round light remains, should you want to use it.
- I added a small hole inside the shroud to mount this 24v LED: https://amzn.to/4bdA5PF - it is just bright enough to illuminate the print head so you can see a little bit of what is going on under there (I will probably continue to work on this to add another or larger/brighter light).
- I just connected the power leads to the primary (always-on) cooling fan power so that it comes on whenever the machine is powered on. To connect the two I installed JST XH 2.54mm female connectors with this kit: https://amzn.to/44pqBNP and plugged them both into this inexpensive y-connector: https://amzn.to/4waYygA
Everything fits nicely in the drag chain assembly.
- The TZ-E2-2.0 hotend is performing amazingly; I have doubled my print speed compared to the red Mk8 all-metal hotend that I replaced. You can find it here: https://amzn.to/4wjKuSa ; or for less on AliExpress if you're more patient than I am!
