TRIONIC Walker 14 L-BOXX Rollator Mount
Description
I designed this L-BOXX mount for the TRIONIC Walker 14 rollator (Sweden) - intended for my son, who has a severe disability (spasticity, motor impairments) - and have since installed it on several rollators in this series for him. Unfortunately, the standard TRIONIC basket is not detachable and offers no protection against rain. With my mount, any L-BOXX variant (version G or G4) from brands like BOSCH, SORTIMO, or FLEX - in any size or color - can be easily attached to the rollator and just as easily removed. For our son, this offers the advantage of storing everything needed for the day (primarily in the size 238) in a weather- and rainproof container—laptop, extra rain jacket, drinks, food, documents, etc. It is ideal for a commuter who travels daily from home to work in all weather conditions, including via public transport. Since all L-BOXX sizes are compatible and can even be stacked on top of one another, this add-on is incredibly practical for daily use. Thanks to these 3D-printed parts, the rollator can still be used and folded normally without the L-BOXX attached. However, using the L-BOXX does block the seat, though our son never used the seat anyway.
I also developed and installed special adapters for ERGOPRIMO rollators (Germany), but the installation process is somewhat more complex and requires greater mechanical skill. That is the reason why I have not published that version here. But he loves both rollators with the boxes; it simply depends on the situation each day. Here is a link to it as well:

The four 3D-printed add-on parts for the TRIONIC Walker 14 are very easy to print and install. All that is additionally required is an M5 tap, six M5x16 hex socket screws (DIN 912/ISO 4762), and six M5 washers (outer diameter 10mm).
Designed in Fusion 360, printed on an Anycubic Kobra S1 using PETG, 0.2 mm layer height.
L-BOXX Adapter: 100% infill, 10 walls, manual support only in the detent openings.
TRIONIC Adapter: 30% infill Gyroid, 10 walls, lower layers 10, no support.
This part is a custom-designed accessory for the TRIONIC Walker 14. The names TRIONIC, ERGOPRIMO, L-BOXX, BOSCH, SORTIMO, FLEX are used solely to clearly describe compatibility.

Preparation:
- After printing, M5 threads must be cut into the 4mm holes (6x) on the two large rollator adapters.
- Additionally, the support structures inside the two L-BOXX adapters must be removed.
- Next, remove the two knurled screws from the rear section of the rollator basket.
- Then, remove the two support bars of the rollator basket by loosening the two rear plastic screws (Phillips head).
- Remove the basket and the seat.
Assembly:
- Slide the basket's mounting struts and the solid rollator adapters over the slotted tubes.
- Reattach the basket and the seat.
- Screw the two sides back together.
- Now loosely mount the two L-BOXX brackets using the M5 screws and M5 washers so that they can still be adjusted.
- Place an L-BOXX into the brackets and align its position so that the case (along with the brackets) sits roughly in the center of the rollator. Finally, tighten all M5 screws securely.
