Wire Twister Tool for Drill (Up to 6 Wires)

This tool helps you create neat, evenly twisted wire bundles using a cordless drill.

It can hold up to six wires with a diameter of approximately 3 mm each. Place each wire into one of the grooves and secure it with the locking ring to prevent it from slipping out during twisting.

An M3 threaded standoff is mounted in the center of the tool and serves as the shaft for the drill. A standard M3 standoff and an M3 screw longer than 35 mm are recommended for assembly.

To use the tool:

1. Secure one end of the wires in a vise or another suitable fixture.

2. Insert the wires into the grooves and lock them with the ring.

3. Clamp the standoff in a cordless drill.

4. Rotate the tool slowly until the desired twist is achieved.

For the best results, periodically stop and allow the wires to untwist slightly to release internal tension before continuing. This produces a more even and professional-looking cable.
