Description

A simple and sturdy wall‑mounted bracket designed for general use. It features two aligned mounting holes and a clean rectangular profile, making it easy to print and install. Ideal for supporting lightweight objects, organizing cables, or serving as a base component for larger assemblies.

Description (Thing Details)

This wall bracket is a compact and functional part intended for everyday utility. The design includes:

Two vertically aligned holes for secure mounting

Clean geometry optimized for fast and reliable 3D printing

A flat back surface for stable wall contact

Dimensions suitable for small household or workshop applications

The bracket can be printed without supports depending on your printer’s bridging capability. It is also easy to modify if you want to adapt it for custom projects.

Print Settings

Recommended Material: PLA or PETG

Layer Height: 0.2 mm

Infill: 20–30%

Supports: Not required for most printers

Wall Count: 2–3

Bed Adhesion: Standard (brim optional)

Post‑Processing

Light sanding may improve the finish. If the bracket will be used under load, consider increasing infill or printing in PETG/ABS.

How I Designed This

The bracket was modeled based on simple mechanical constraints: two mounting holes aligned along the centerline, a rectangular body, and dimensions chosen for strength while keeping print time low. The design is intentionally minimal so it can be reused in different contexts.
