GEPRC CineLog30 V3 – Walksnail Moonlight VTX Mount (GoPro Attachment)

A custom two-piece split mount designed to fit the Walksnail Moonlight VTX onto the GEPRC CineLog30 V3 frame.

Since the Walksnail Moonlight VTX is relatively large and does not fit inside the standard internal frame space, this mount solves the clearance issue by securing directly to the stock GoPro mount interface on top of the drone.

Design & Hardware

Two-Piece Split Structure: Split into two parts for easier printing, clean support placement, and simple VTX assembly.

Hardware Needed: Uses M3 Heat-Set Threaded Inserts to join the two housing parts securely around the VTX. Using inserts is required for a solid, reusable, and secure assembly.

Recommended Print Settings

Material: ABS (or ASA) is strongly recommended. The Walksnail Moonlight VTX generates significant heat during operation, which can cause PLA or standard TPU to deform or lose structural integrity.

Wall Loops / Perimeters: 4

Infill: ~30% (Gyroid, Cubic, or Grid recommended)

Supports: Enable where necessary depending on print orientation.
