Wiring:

Wiring as seen in picture...

Green wires go to doors switch/button terminal on the garage door opener.

Blue wires go to magnetic door position sensors.

Red and Black go to the barrel plug that gets 12v power from wall adapter that plugs into the same outlet as the opener itself.
