40mm Fan Bracket Rack-mount for SFP / GBIC cooling (optimized)

I made this remix since the original's diameters where to narrow for my rack mount screws. This variant will fit both M4, M5 and M6 Rack-Mount screws.

Also, the mounting holes for the fan itself are a bit wider so you can use more screws. I also made it slimmer to accomedate more screw variants.

For example, I've secured my fans with standard HDDs scews I had around.

Also: additional finger protection for those high speed fans that would cut you.
