📐 MecPow X5 Honeycomb Alignment Bracket for Mitutoyo Dial Indicator

This bracket allows you to precisely level the honeycomb work area on a MecPow X5 laser using a Mitutoyo dial indicator, such as this model:

The bracket mounts in the same position where the laser head is normally installed, letting you place the dial indicator exactly where the laser would be. This makes it possible to align your honeycomb surface to 0.01 mm accuracy.

The holes are sized for an 8 mm measuring pin.

Deze bracket maakt het mogelijk om je werkgebied (honeycomb) op de MecPow X5 laser nauwkeurig uit te lijnen met behulp van een Mitutoyo meetklok, zoals dit model: https://nl.rs-online.com/web/p/dial-indicators/3976629.

De houder vervangt tijdelijk de laserhead‑mount, zodat je de meetklok exact op dezelfde positie kunt plaatsen. Hiermee kun je je honeycomb tot 0,01 mm uitlijnen — eindelijk écht vlak.

De gaten zijn geschikt voor een 8 mm meetstift.

Support: Niet nodig — het ontwerp is volledig support‑vrij.

Infill: 75% voor voldoende stijfheid en nauwkeurigheid.

Material: PLA, PETG of ABS/ASA.

PLA werkt prima zolang je de borgschroeven niet extreem vast zet.
