Description

This is a simple, robust, and easy-to-print mounting bracket designed for standard 12-volt battery cases (compatible with 7Ah, 7.2Ah, 8Ah, and 9Ah batteries).

The Design Philosophy: To keep the print 100% support-free and highly economical, this bracket only restricts movement on the horizontal axis. Since the battery can still slide forward and backward, I highly recommend applying a piece of strong double-sided tape or adhesive underneath the bracket during installation to lock it completely in place.

Safety & Durability: The wall thickness is set to 3.6mm for maximum structural strength. Additionally, all outer edges feature a 1mm fillet (radius) to prevent the bracket from cutting your hands or damaging battery cables.

Reference Dimensions: Designed around a standard 7Ah battery measuring 94mm in height and 65mm in depth.

Print Settings & Recommendations:

Supports: No (Designed to print easily without any supports)

Material Suggestion: Since batteries are heavy, I highly recommend using a strong material like PETG, ABS, or ASA instead of standard PLA for long-term durability.

Hardware: Screw holes are designed for M4 screws (hole diameter is 4.2mm).
