Compact Honeycomb Raspberry Pi 4 Case

A compact, low-profile Raspberry Pi 4 case with an inlaid honeycomb design and Bits N Bytes Inc. branding on the lid and body.

This case was designed to keep the Pi clean, slim, and practical while still having a little personality. The ports protrude cleanly through the plastic bezel for a flush, low-profile look, and the SD card slot remains accessible without opening the case.

Print Notes

The honeycomb and text details are subtle inlays. If printed in a single solid color, these details may be difficult to see. This is intentional, if you dont want to see branding please print in darker colors or modify the file(s).

My PLA+ trial print was done on a Creality K1 with the speed reduced to 50%.

Prototype Print Settings

• Material: PLA+
• Layer height: 0.20mm
• Infill: 100%
• Nozzle: 220C
• Bed first layer: 70C
• Bed after first layer: 60C
• Speed: 50% on Creality K1

Assembly Notes

The current version uses a lid that is hot-glued in place. I may add a locking or snap-fit lid version later if there is interest.

Heatsinks were added to the Raspberry Pi during testing, and the case was designed with that setup in mind.
