Pro Micro LoRa kit enclosure

This is a 3D-printed enclosure for a LoRa/Meshtastic/Meshcore node using the Pro Micro nRF52840 + Pro Micro SX1262 kit.

Shoutout to quant86 from Thingiverse, from which I remixed the main model.

Components

Board: Pro Micro nRF52840 + Pro Micro SX1262 kit (search “promicro nrf52840 sx1262” on AliExpress)

Battery: 84 × 50 × 3 mm battery (~1500 mAh). A slightly thicker battery should fit.

Screws: 4× M2, 10–15 mm length (or other small screws). Small wood screws should also work if they fit the holes.

Assembly note

When installing the board, first align the Type‑C connector with the corresponding hole in the enclosure, then lower the board onto the mounting posts.

I’m also sharing the FreeCAD project file so anyone can remix it or improve the design.
