Description

8040 Aluminum Extrusion mount for the Dayton Audio BST-1 Bass Shaker.

This was sketched directly off of the STEP file for the speaker itself, it is a perfect match for the mating surface and screw holes.

IMPORTANT SLICER SETTING - In "Quality" set "Order of Walls" to "inner wall/outer wall/inner wall". This will insure correct tolerances when printed. I recommend 0.2mm layer height, 6 walls, and 30% cubic infill. This should allow vibrations to transfer cleanly. Printed with these settings the vibrations are clear, and I have zero mount rattle on my sim rig.

It mounts with the following hardware. Best bet would be to pick these up at a local hardware store, otherwise you'll have plenty of extras!

4 - M8 x 1.25mm, 16mm Flat Head Screws - https://a.co/d/0j4kfFXc

4 - M8 4040 T-Slot Nuts - https://a.co/d/057Khfd6

4 - M4 x 0.7mm, 12mm Flat Head Screws - https://a.co/d/0aThVeR7
