19-inch Rack Mount Front Panel / ATX PC Case Adapter (Honeycomb)

A custom 19-inch rack mount front panel (bezel) designed to adapt a standard ATX PC case into a server rack cabinet. The honeycomb pattern provides maximum airflow for your components while giving the case a clean, professional server look.

Key Features:

Custom I/O Cutout: The rectangular cutout on the front is a placeholder. It is designed so you can later create and fit your own custom blanking plate for front I/O (USB ports, Power/Reset switches, status LEDs, etc.).

Rack Mountable: The total width is standard 19" (482.6 mm), ready to be bolted into a server rack.

Customizable: You will need to adjust the exact dimensions and mounting holes in your slicer or CAD software to fit your specific PC case before printing.

Printing & Assembly Notes:

Due to its full 19-inch width, this model is too large for standard build plates. I printed this on my Creality K1 by splitting the model into parts in the slicer and then gluing them together after printing. You will likely need to do the same depending on your printer's capacity.
