Reinforced Alienware Area 51 Front Fan Bracket with Extra Mounting Ear

This is a remix of Sparky_0's Alienware Area 51 Case Front Fan Adapter Bracket 120mm.

While the original design is fantastic for upgrading the classic Area 51 case with a modern 120mm fan, the stock-style plastic clips can sometimes be delicate or allow minor vibrations. To solve this, I added an extended mounting tab with a screw hole to securely lock the bracket down.

By fastening the bottom of the adapter directly to the existing chassis mounts, the entire assembly becomes completely rigid, entirely eliminating any chance of the frame rattling or sagging over time.

Installation & Fitment Details

• OEM Integration: The 3D-printed bracket nests cleanly onto the original factory plastic frame piece, utilizing a screw to tightly secure the new mounting ear.

• Chassis Mounting: The bracket mounts directly onto the honeycomb metal mesh structure of the internal front chassis wall.

• Dual-Fan Capability: The design easily allows you to run a dual-fan setup in the front of the case, cleanly accommodating standard 120mm fans with wire grilles side-by-side.
