trx4m chassis extention for 6x6 (trx6m)

Description
If you use this model pls tag my TikTok channel: Roan_rc@karting, and post a make so other people can see it.
This chassis extension converts your traxxas TRX4M into a 6x6 (trx6m)by extending the rear of the chassis. The extension is designed to mount directly to the original rear bumper mounting holes, making installation simple without modifying the main chassis.
The design uses 4 stock or upgraded rear suspension links from a standard traxxas TRX4M.
To complete the drivetrain, you'll need a rear differential cover with a pinion gear output. You can find this model on MakerWorld, created by user "chatts". This model is their work, not mine.
The rearmost axle must have the ring gear flipped so both rear axles rotate in the correct direction. Fortunately, chatts also provides a 3D printable reversed axle housing on MakerWorld for this purpose.
Parts Required
TRX4M 6x6 chassis extension (this model)
4x stock or upgraded TRX4M rear suspension links
1x rear differential cover with pinion gear output (MakerWorld by chatts)
1x rear axle with the ring gear flipped (3D printable version by chatts on MakerWorld)
2x extra wheels and tires
2x rear wheel hexes
2x rear driveshafts
1x front driveshaft (used between the middle axle and the rear axle)
2x rear shocks
Required bearings, gears, and hardware for the additional axle
Recommended Upgrades
For the best experience, I recommend the following upgrades:
Injora Screw Kit – You'll need a lot of additional screws during the build, and having the complete kit makes assembly much easier.
Steel Transmission & Differential Gears – Plastic gears can strip under the extra load of a 6x6 drivetrain, while steel gears are much more durable and highly recommended.
Upgraded Metal Suspension Links – Stronger and more durable than the stock plastic links.
Metal Driveshafts – Better suited for the increased torque of a 6x6 setup.
Enjoy building your TRX4M 6x6! Huge thanks to chatts for creating the differential cover with pinion output and the reversed rear axle housing used in this conversion.
