Description
This is a heavy-duty, interlocking modular ground anchor system designed to mount standard flexible rod poles for FPV drone racing gates. Whether you want to set up a classic single arched track gate or chain multiple units together to form a technical, spinning spiral/corkscrew gate tunnel, this mounting block provides the perfect foundation.
The base features multiple heavy-duty mounting tabs (eyes) on the sides, perfectly sized to be securely pinned into grass or dirt using standard tent pegs / ground stakes (Heringe).

Crash-Resistant Geometry: Built specifically to withstand high-velocity impacts from racing quads without ripping out of the ground.
Important Slicing & Print Settings (Crucial for Durability!)
FPV gates take a lot of abuse from high-speed crashes. To ensure the mounting tabs don't snap off, pay close attention to your bottom layer settings:
Bottom Solid Layers / First Layers: Set to 100% Infill / High Wall Count for the first 3-5mm. Ensuring that the base tabs are printed completely solid is critical so that the eyelets do not shear off during a hard crash or when hammering in the ground stakes.
Material: PETG, ASA, or tough PLA. (PETG or ASA is highly recommended for outdoor weather resistance and impact flexibility).
Infill: 30% - 50% (Gyroid or Grid) for the upper tubular section.
Wall Line Count / Perimeters: At least 4-5 walls for maximum structural rigidity around the rod receiving tube.
Supports: No supports needed if printed flat on its base.
