AtomRC Dolphin- DolphiNano - DJI Osmo Nano nose mount

An DJI Osmo Nano mount for the Atomrc Dolphin.

I couldn't find anything like it so spent some time modeling one.

Its a bit complex, but it works nicely, with no jellow observed and keeps airflow to the Osmo Nano.

This changes the CG of the plane, so you need to compensate for it with the battery (I tested the mount with 1500 mAh battery).

The action camera is friction mounted with the pads, and secured using the loop.

Print the pads in TPU, Cone and mount in PETG. See the attached slicer screenshot on how to slice the mount. Print with supports.

Mount is fixed to body using friction mounting to two 2mmx50mm carbon fiber rods.

Use the mount to fix the rods to the body when gluing the CF rods.

Nose cone is fixed to the mount using m2 nut and bolt..
