ADXL345 Mellow FLY USB Accelerometer Mount for The Diamond Mount

This is a custom-designed mount for the Mellow FLY ADXL345 USB Accelerometer. It was specifically created to seamlessly attach to The Diamond Mount direct drive hotend system.

To keep things simple and avoid extra modifications, this bracket mounts directly onto the existing BLTouch mounting holes on the Diamond Mount. This makes it incredibly easy to install for your Klipper input shaping calibration (resonance testing) and quickly remove it once you are done.

Hardware Required / Parafusos Necessários:

M3 screws to secure the ADXL345 board to the printed mount.

Standard screws to attach the mount to the BLTouch holes on the toolhead.

Print Settings / Configurações de Impressão:

This is a quick and straightforward print. The recommended settings for a good balance of speed and rigidity are:

Perimeters (Walls): 2

Top / Bottom Solid Layers: 3

Infill: 10%

Material: PLA works perfectly if you only attach the accelerometer temporarily for calibration. If you plan to leave it mounted permanently near the hotend, consider using PETG or ABS/ASA for better heat resistance.
