Moman RSS Helmet Intercom Mount Base

This is a custom mounting base designed for the Moman RSS motorcycle helmet intercom system.

The mount provides a secure attachment while maintaining a compact profile on the helmet. It is intended as a replacement or modified mounting solution for riders who prefer a cleaner and more streamlined installation.

Included Versions

This package contains two versions of the mounting base:

1. Standard Version – dimensions closely match the original mounting base.

2. Compact Version – a reduced-size variant designed to position the intercom closer to the helmet for a cleaner appearance and lower profile.

Choose the version that best fits your helmet and installation preferences.

Printing Settings

• Material: PETG
• Infill: 60%
• Layer Height: 0.20 mm
• Supports: Required (Tree Supports recommended)
• Wall Count: 4–5 walls
• Print Orientation: Flat on the build plate

Tested Configuration

• Printer: Ender 3 Pro
• Material: PETG
• Infill Density: 60%

Both versions were successfully printed on an Ender 3 Pro using PETG. The selected settings provide a good balance between strength, durability, and print quality.

Notes

Tree supports are recommended for the overhanging sections and provide the cleanest results with minimal post-processing.
