Mounting Bracket OptiPlex Ultra and P2425H stand

A two part bracket system to mount an OptiPlex ultra to the p2425h stand. I designed it around an optiplex 7070 Ultra, but it should work with other similar models that have the same mounting hole spacing (~58mm).

Its designed to be mounted with 4 M3x16 screws with washers. Might be able to get away without the washers, but I'd not recommend it. There's clearance for a maximum bold head/washer diameter of 9mm.

The ones pictured were printed in PLA at 0.28mm layer height on a 0.6mm nozzle and 4 wall layers. Part B does have to bend around the stand when installing and its interior side walls are very slightly bowed so there's a small amount of clamping to the stand. The wall layers should help keep it rigid.

I'm not particularly skilled at CAD, the model has a few manifold errors. My slicer handled it just fine, your mileage may vary.

When Installing, its possible to put Part B on upside down, however it wont sit flat relative to the base of the stand. The bolts will still thread in, but the part will be stressed at an angle. Refer to the annotated picture.
