HBX steer Hub- bumper bracket

Replacement parts for two components that commonly break on the HBX 12895 and similar RC vehicles after a frontal or corner impact: the front steering knuckle and the bumper mount.

The steering knuckle includes a built-in support structure (highlighted in red in the images). Orient the part on the print bed with this support structure facing down. After printing, carefully remove the support using needle-nose pliers and clean the surface before installation.

It is recommended to clear and resize the holes with a small drill bit to ensure proper fit and smooth assembly.

For printing, use at least:

3 perimeters (walls)

100% infill

0.15 mm or 0.20 mm layer height

The final strength of the parts will depend on both the filament and the printer used. PLA+ is recommended as a minimum, although stronger materials may provide improved durability.
