LiFePO4 Battery Terminal Cap M8 / 14 mm Hex

A simple press-fit protective cap for LiFePO4 battery terminals with an M8 bolt and 14 mm hex head.

The cap is designed to cover the exposed terminal or bolt head and help reduce the risk of accidental short circuits, contact with tools, or dirt buildup around the battery terminal.

Printing

Recommended material: PETG, ABS, ASA, or other temperature-resistant filament.

PLA may work for indoor or light-duty use, but PETG or better is recommended for battery compartments, vehicles, or warmer environments.

Suggested settings:

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 15–30%
• Supports: No
• Brim: Optional, depending on bed adhesion
• Orientation: Print flat side down

Notes

Fit may vary slightly depending on your printer calibration, filament shrinkage, and the exact bolt or terminal dimensions. If the fit is too tight or too loose, scale the model slightly in your slicer.
