Universal Toolhead Assembly for Triangle-lab CHC XL WC Hotend (Carbon Fiber & Aluminum)
This toolhead is designed for Triangle-Lab CHC XL WC hotend. The toolhead was developed as part of a full Creality CR-10S rebuild (link to the project:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7323701), but the design itself is universal and can be adapted to many Cartesian and CoreXY printers.
The design combines laser-cut carbon fiber, SLA-printed aluminum, and ABS printed components, making it suitable for modern high-speed and high-temperature 3D printing setups.

- BTT EBB36 Toolhead Board
- 15 mm CPAP cooling tube
- MGN9 rail carriage
- Cartographer probe mount (Low profile)

- Cooling Duct: CFD-optimized for efficient part cooling, with space reserved for a Cartographer probe mount.
- CPAP Tube Adapter: Designed for 15 mm CPAP tubing.
- CPAP Tube Clamp:Secure clamp for clean and vibration-free tube routing.
- EBB36 Mount: Mounts the EBB36 board, includes CPAP tube routing, 4 mm water-cooling tube channels, and cable management features.
- EBB36 Cable Mount: Holds CPAP tube and CAN cable securely in place.
Carbon Fiber Parts (4 mm, Laser Cut):
- Top Plate :Main structural top plate of the carriage
- Bottom Plate: Structural bottom plate
- Cooling Duct Mount Plate: Rigid mounting interface for the cooling duct
Aluminum Parts (SLA 3D Printed):
- Front Carriage Piece: High-precision structural front component
- Back Carriage Pieces: Structural rear components
- Hotend Bracket: V6-style clamp for Phaetus Dragon hotend
