LG CineBeam Q Tripod Mount Adapter

This adapter is designed for the LG CineBeam Q (HU710PB or PU600U) projector and provides a standard 1/4"-20 tripod mounting point using the projector's integrated rotating handle.

The adapter fits around the handle and allows the projector to be mounted on tripods, ball heads, camera arms, ceiling mounts, or any other accessory that uses the standard 1/4"-20 thread.

Required Hardware

1x 1/4"-20 heat-set threaded insert (OD 8mm - HD 7.15mm - Lenght 8mm)

2x plastic zip ties (cable ties)

Assembly

Install the 1/4"-20 threaded insert using a soldering iron or heat-set insert tool.

Position the adapter on the projector handle.

Secure it using two zip ties through the side tie channels.

Tighten the zip ties firmly.

No modifications to the projector are required.

Notes

Designed specifically for the LG CineBeam Q handle geometry.

The zip ties were chosen as a simple, inexpensive, and easily replaceable fastening method.

PETG, ASA, or another durable material is recommended for long-term use.
