Pelican 1120 Raised Equipment Mounting Grid

Raised mounting platform designed to fit inside a Pelican 1120 case. The part provides a rigid grid surface for mounting electronics, battery holders, circuit boards, and other components while keeping them elevated above the bottom of the case.

The original design was only used as a reference for the inside perimeter measurements and notch cutouts. The raised grid, support structure, and mounting layout were newly designed.

Integrated support legs raise the mounting surface approximately 1.35 inches above the case floor, leaving usable space underneath for wiring and lower-mounted components. The legs extend through the top surface to improve strength and mechanical connection. The outer profile includes notches and clearance around the case’s internal corner hardware.
