Ender-3 Satsana Duct w/ Stock Metal Mount + 5015 Cooling fan

There are four options that vary in two ways: the height of the directed airflow and whether or not there is a surface to zip tie wires to. I lowered the fan ducts to fit my Microswiss all-metal hotend, but I added the original duct height in case it works better with a stock hotend (I'm not sure which one is better for a stock hotend, but I would print the lowered one first). I added the option without the zip tie surface because my Microswiss DDE gets in the way of it, so I removed it.
