Mini 10‑Inch Modular 2U Network Server Rack with Cable Tidy / Brush Pass‑Through

This is a compact, fully 3D‑printable 10‑inch 2U modular network/server rack, designed for small switches, routers, SBCs, and tidy cable management.

Please note, I am planning to make further improvements to this project. While designing it, I spotted several areas that can be refined and/or upgraded, so I expect to continue developing it and may release an updated version in the future. For now, I wanted to share a working concept so others can test it, use it, and build on it. I hope you find it as useful in its current form as I do!

Assembly

Please refer to the images for assembly guidance.

The frame is designed to press‑fit together first, and then be secured using M4 bolts and 12 matching nuts.

Cable Tidy / Brush Pass‑Through

The brush pass‑through uses standard self‑adhesive brush draft‑excluder strip.

Once printed, simply cut the strip to size and stick it into the channel.

I used a 15 mm brush strip, which you can find on Amazon under products like:

“Brush Draft Excluder for Windows, 5m (L) x 9mm (W) x 15mm (T) – Self‑Adhesive Weather Stripping Seal Strip”

(Any similar 15 mm brush strip will work.)

Important Note

The 10‑inch Network Mini Switch Tray Unit shown in some photos is not included in this download.
