lenovo mini pc - quadro p620 video conversion case

Description
I wanted to upgrade the lenovo Mini PC 720Q that I was running my arkenforge tabletop (https://arkenforge.com/) installation on, as while the Arkenforge software does not seem to need a whole lot of 3D video card, it does demand some. I looked around and found
Lenovo Thinkcentre m720q/m920q/m920x/p330 case mod GPU mini PC by domi-fresh on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6797397
and it looked great but it was designed for the Radeon rx6400 which was overkill for my needs I thought, and at ~$170 on ebay was a bit pricy for what i wanted to do. I found a NVIDIA Quadro K620 2GB for $15 that I figured would do the job, ordered it and bought the riser card (another $20) printed everything out. The fan holes didnt line up, so I modified the top to fit, changed the start button back to the original front push (as Domi's top push button was blocked my the desk hanger) and fired it up. Ran silent, cooled fine, worked good. Then I found a Quadro P620 card for $20 and decided to upgrade. The P620 is newer faster better stronger, but still silent and also works great. I use it with my under desk mount under the TV table that it runs. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7362056
