30ml Paint Rack

Summary

This is a modular, wall-mountable paint rack designed specifically for the cheap 30ml paint bottles from Hobby Lobby. Combining two 2x6 outside sections with one 2x4 middle section holds exactly 20 paint bottles. The system is fully scalable: you can add as many middle sections as you need, and the racks stack well vertically.

Print Settings (Optimized for Speed)

* Nozzle Size: 0.4mm

* Layer Height: 0.32mm

* Print Time: Under 4 hours per outside section, and under 5 hours for the middle section.

Assembly & Mounting

* Alignment: The parts feature small integrated triangles to help line up the sections correctly.

* Gluing: You can superglue the sections together, though it can be a bit of a pain. Laying the glue down in large globs works best to secure the connection.

* Mounting: Every section includes options for two screws if you want to mount them individually. However, when lined up and glued as intended, you only need to use screws at the far ends.

Tip

The bottles fit perfectly for me. I highly suggest printing out a small test model before going all-in to see if you need to make any adjustments for your setup.
