Raspberry Pi 5 Dual SSD & Cooling Mount with Optional Cover

This is a modular 3D-printable case designed for the Raspberry Pi 5, featuring integrated support for additional hardware and active cooling.

Main Mount

The main structure securely holds:

A Raspberry Pi 5

Two 2.5" SATA SSDs (connect with SATA to USB adapters)

A 40×40×10 mm cooling fan

The design is optimized for stable mounting, easy cable routing, and efficient airflow to keep both the Raspberry Pi and connected SSDs cool under load.

Optional Cover

An additional snap-on cover is included. This part is purely cosmetic and does not affect cooling or functionality. It provides a clean, enclosed look for the entire setup.

Depending on your printer and filament, slight tolerance adjustments may be required for the snap-fit cover.

Additional Information

For the raspi-5-nas-server.stl I recommend using a sharp blade to remove supports beneath the raspberry pi holder. The fan slot is rather tight this is intended. You may change this at wish.

For printing the raspi-5-nas-server-case.stl I recommend rotating it so the cutout for the fan is facing down
